The Grillworks Blade Roll design was led by Cara, our General Manager and former grill chef at the acclaimed live fire pioneer spot, Camino. Made in the same full-grain leather as our Fire Apron and lined with tough rip-stop nylon, this roll is is beefy enough to survive the roughest handling but supple enough to have any leather aficionado short of breath.

Two slots are fit specifically for our Talon tools and three more will hold any type of chef knife or tool securely. We also added a zippered compartment for smaller knives, igniters or any other essential for the alpha griller. There is both a comfortable handle and detachable cross-shoulder sling included. All hardware is brass and the entire piece is hand-sewn.
