We have the honor of placing grills and custom fire arrays in some of the most notable and awarded restaurants in the world. When a chef takes the helm of any of our creations we learn as much as they do. Each combination of grill and culinary team produces completely unique results.

There are no better showrooms for our products than in working kitchens where everyone can see the skills of the chef and the dynamism that is cooking over live fire. Here are some videos of just such spectacles.

Supperland restaurant is in Charlotte, North Carolina and literally built their open kitchen around our Infierno X166. It is the first thing guests see when they walk into the former church.

Maydan is a Michelin-starred middle eastern restaurant. Because their menu features a fusion of many middle eastern cultures, we chose as design inspiration the metalwork found in the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. A building beloved by practically every culture in the region.

The Dabney, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Washington DC, asked us to redesign their open hearth for their relaunch of the menu and evolution of the restaurant. We chose local historic iron to build their array of cooking tools, to match their Mid-Atlantic centric menu.

Maydan shows the action their centrally-placed hearth sees every service night.
